BBC HQ - FIRE INTEGRITY

As part of the ongoing refurbishment work, Aleron was invited to provide passive fire protection installations to ensure fire integrity of the building. It wasn't the first time Aleron attended this complex but modern building - the BBC Headquarters, a new build constructed in 2009 to broadcast news worldwide.
Aleron's Fire Protection team, aware of the technical complexities inherent to this prestigious project, carried out meticulous installations of fire-rated barriers using batt insulation and mastic sealants to achieve the required 30-minute fire resistance rating.
Experienced and Level 3 qualified Aleron fire stopper Marius took lead on this high-profile job. His extensive training and attention to detail ensured the fire-rated assemblies will perform reliably, protecting lives and assets in the event of an emergency at the global media giant's HQ.
